For a leading company of the Food industry, with a worldwide presence, we are looking for:
SALES MANAGER – CZECH REPUBLIC
The ideal candidate has a strong sales attitude and both operational and supervisory skills.
He will be responsible for managing sales in the entire Czech market, reporting directly to the Export Sales Director.
- Management of the commercial strategy on the whole state of the Czech Republic
- Management of his/her own specific commercial area and supervision of the commercial areas of the other salespeople
- Customer acquisition, consolidation of the already active customers, direct sales, research, evaluation and supervision of distributors
- Market and margin analysis, presentation of reports
- Sales team management
- Constant alignment with the Headquarter’s Sales Department
- Experience of at least 5 years in the same or similar roles in Food Companies
- Availability to travel around 80%
- Fluent Czech and English
- Direct sales experience
- People management and organizational skills
- Good communication and energy
- Analytical mind and Problem solving skills
Work location: Czech Republic (preferable Pilsen or Prague)
The compensation package will be discussed in a further step of the selection process and will be determined on the basis of the candidate’s experience and expertise.
