For the Russian branch of an important Italian company of the machinery industry, we are looking for a:
ACCOUNTING CLERK – RUSSIA
The ideal candidate has a solid general experience in the management of payroll, expense reports and sales contracts. In particular, he/she will be in charge of the following activities/responsibilities:
• Performing administrative duties effectively.
• Managing employees’ list of expenses and payrolls, receipts, ensuring that employee payroll processing is in compliance with federal and state laws
• Assisting in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations. Responding to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner.
• Overseeing salary changes, compensations, deductions, bonus, vacations payouts, and benefits for employees
• Providing assistance and support to company personnel
• Informing management and compiling reports/summaries on activity areas
• Working in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable law
• About 5-years’ experience in a similar role for companies in Russia
• Basic knowledge of accounting and tax regulation
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software (1C)
• Russian: Mother tongue level (mandatory)
• English: Fluent level (mandatory)
• Proactivity, accuracy and attention to detail
• Availability to business trips to the HQ in Italy (twice a year)
