For the German branch of a very important company of the chemistry industry, known for its product and process innovation, we are looking for an:

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

The selected one will respond to the Italian Management and he/she will support the office regarding the normal tax and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is a flexibile and accurate person and has the following requirements:
–    Good knowledge of AX SYSTEM (preferable) or at least a good knowledge of other systems, like SAP
–    Very good knowledge of accounting (account receivable/account payable/vat/tax …)
–    Basic Fiscal knowledge
–    Fluent German and Fluent English (both mandatory) and Good Italian (preferable)
–    Flexibility and precision

Work area: Heroldstatt, Baden-Württemberg. Germany
The contract and salary expectations will be discussed in a further step of the selection process and will take in consideration the candidate’s expertise.
